Skippyshorts is a puppet-based comedy YouTube channel ran by "NearFar Productions." It centers around an insane puppet of the same name and all of his friends as many puppet get into some "stupid" situations. The channel had been created on December 29, 2006 and has over 6,000+ subscribers.

Why This Channel Is Amazing[edit | edit source]

  1. Pretty much the entire channel is either beyond hilarious or well-intentionally stupid.
  2. No matter how inaccurate (according to the wizard in “Jack and Jill”) the stories Skippy reads, they still manage to make someone burst out a laugh.
  3. Skippy’s memorable catchphrase at the end of every video, “STUPID!”
  4. The PSAs, despite lacking the emotional tones as apposed to the PSAs on TV, still manages to be funny enough.
  5. Loads of entertaining and hysterically funny humor.
  6. The “Ask Me Anything” (otherwise known as Ask Skippy) series, the SkippyClips, the Skippy’s Song Reviews series, etc.

Bad Qualities[edit | edit source]

  1. They can sometimes be inactive during the 2010s, especially when after posting “Ask Skippy - Storytime” in late 2017.
  2. This channel is not for the easily offended, disgusted or annoyed.
  3. The Joe Biden video, while still funny, is not as well-received as the other videos.
