Thomas James "Tom" Ridgewell (born: June 27, 1990 [age 31]), better known online as TomSka, is a British YouTuber, filmmaker, actor, comedian, musician, and former animator. He is the creator of the popular series asdfmovie and Crash Zoom, and one of the creators of the card game based on the series Muffin Time. He is also known for being the showrunner, writer, director, and producer for Edd Gould's Eddsworld after Gould died in 2012 from 2012-2016.
Why He's Amazing
- He has created two of the most iconic viral web series out there which are asdfmovie and Eddsworld, these shows that Tom involved/worked with ended up being popular for YouTube, Newgrounds, DeviantArt, their community and fandom.
- He collab with some of the most successful YouTubers out there like jacksepticeye, Markiplier, and even PewDiePie himself.
- He actually admits that his fandom is toxic as seen from this video.
- A lot of nice internet references in his videos here and there like The Impostor being a reference to mh:awesomegames:Among Us.
- He even spawned a lot of awesome music videos on his series such as I Like Trains, Mine Turtle, Everybody Do the Flop!, Beep, Beep, I'm A Sheep! and his most famous song, The Muffin Song.
- He was also known for starting a bunch of viral internet memes from the cartoons he makes.
The Only Bad Quality
- He was the one of the Eddsworld cast to not appear in Eddsworld Beyond era at all, given the fact that he has since being retired from working Eddsworld along with his partner Eddie Bowley since 2016 since only Matt and Bing working on the show with newer official members of The Eddsworld Team, but the good thing is that the character itself based on him were never written off from the cast.
