I would like to start a vote of no confidence for several administrators/bureaucrats here. Apologies for the less-than-ideal method of discussion, but there's no RfC page. All points from "Admin management (beyond the blacklist)" will be shared here.

• Agent Joestar: No activity for 2 years.
• BobRocks20: See the above.
• CRAB-2: Completely inactive for one year.
• Codeingit: Inactive for 2 years.
• MirahezeGDPR 99d9791b47bf803b867db2ded16321fe: Locked, pointless to keep around.
• Perry The Chiweenie: Inactive for 2 years.
• PlantyB0i (usurped): Locked, pointless to keep around.
• Sega cat: Inactive for 2 years.
• DuchessTheSponge: Closed the wiki without discussion, leading to Bukkit reverting the change. This is unacceptable coming from a bureaucrat, and their rights should've been revoked a while ago, but haven't for whatever reason.
• ThePCGamer: Poorly mediated discussions, can be uncivil at times (check their logs), and arbitrarily deletes/closes topics.
• Hookuai: No actions since 2020.

What about Hookuai?
