Can you clarify what you mean by "defending" a school shooter? Also, why did you specify "who is trans"?

As for fictional CSAM (CSAM is an abbreviation for child sexual abuse material, which is a more accurate way to describe CP, because pornography generally implies consent/not abuse):

I haven't been presented with scholarly evidence so far that we can be certain beyond a reasonable doubt that everyone ("it is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer") who watches it is going to abuse a real kid/watch real CSAM.

The problems with real CSAM are that it re-traumatizes victims when it's shared and that it provides encouragement to the abusers. That's why it's illegal and horrendous. It's not about it being disgusting or gross - a lot of things are disgusting and gross that aren't illegal or immoral. Also, saying that something is disgusting and gross is just the begging the question fallacy, because the argument's premises depend on its conclusion.

If it's a drawing of a real child, then, yeah, that's going to be offensive/disturbing to the real child, just like sexual harassment, etc., so that's justified in being punished. Also, private corporations and individuals are justified in censoring fictional CSAM, because they shouldn't be required to view or host content that they find disagreeable or offensive. But I don't think that harassing or imprisoning people for it is justifiable, for the reasons I explained before.

Before you accuse me of being a pedophile, I'm 14. If you don't believe me, then the burden of proof to show that I'm an adult falls upon you, not upon me. I have seen illustrated hentai before that depicts teenagers (who don't exist in real life), and I've never had a problem with it. Same goes for lewd fanfics on AO3. Now, I personally would not consume anything containing rape/incest, but as I have explained earlier, I don't intend to imprison/harass people who do consume such content. I just want them to not tell me about it if they do.

You cannot harm pixels on a screen. I'm aware that some amount of the people who enjoy fictional CSAM will go on to abuse a child. That is why there is therapy and other medical treatments available to them. Pedophilia is an illness, and one that some of the people with the illness would accept treatment for. If they only wanted to abuse a child, they could just skip the fictional CSAM and go spend their time actually abusing the child.

Ok so I'm not sure how to propose undeleting an article but Wizard Animate needs to be restored, the reason for deletion given is a personal disagreement on trans rights and lolis, just because you disagree with their philosophy doesn't mean they're a bad YouTuber.

If you have time, I have a job for you: Do you know 1000 Ways to Die (2008-2012) ? You can add transcript by watching some segments on YouTube. I began that because they might need to know the plot, the character, what caused the death of victim, etc...

I don't think putting a banned template on someone's user page is really gravedigging. I'm okay with you deleting the template because I don't think it's always necessary, but when global locks or sockpuppetry is involved, there should be a template mentioning that.
