1. All forum administrators and chat moderators should be demoted, as they are just Miraheze stewards, former stewards, and global sysops who have no interest in this wiki and were promoted by DarkMatterMan for no reason. Note that the forum administrators have other rights which should be removed too.
2. JrStudios should be demoted from autopatrolled as they have not been active in months and assisted Duchess in meatpuppetry involving shutting this wiki down.
3. I don't even need to look through the confirmed users, but given the amount, there needs to be demotions. I'm aware confirmed users aren't really staff but they still only need confirmed if they're not autoconfirmed.
4. I know this isn't really a demotion (though it is technically one in wikicode), Bukkit should be unblocked from chat via user rights management.

The first mentioned role confers meaningful rights to be 'demoted' from for lack of need or use, but the next three items are not promotions to be demoted. 2 and 3 are a stretch as they indicate a level of trust and that's their only utility, 2 as pure discretion (which can be reconsidered by remaining admins) and 3 to be used in case someone hasn't reached autoconfirmed (if they are, yes, it does nothing). 4 is clearly no promotion at all, Bukkit added himself to the group as a meme. I would not view these as linear promotions or demotions: it's a little more complex.

Overall I want to avoid micromanaging the rights which can be dealt with by remaining admins locally as in the case of confirmed/autopatrolled/chat thing. These are all opportunities for the wiki to ask what it's doing with them, and with standards go ahead and clean the groups. For example, a minimum standard for autopatrolled or reconsidering Chat in favor of a snazzy discord server hosted by a bureaucrat-elect.

That said: I can clean up house if remaining admins defer on this.

Could you at least demote the forum administrators then?

I've ditched forum administrators entirely as the role quite literally has no purpose here. Others are still technically functional, but should be rethought.

Since the Wizard Animate page has been a subject of admin decisions without consensus, I would recommend a discussion be held regarding the controversy about it. I'm aware you don't know anything about this to my knowledge but since the page is clearly controversial, I would recommend you start a discussion for the sake of encouraging people to participate in consensus. I would also recommend that you unban Goobtoob6 since there isn't really enough context behind their ban.
